Some of our products — such as Vozly, Latilon, and Canacco — are separate applications and may publish their own privacy policies. Where a product has its own policy, that policy governs your use of the product; where it does not, this policy applies to that product as well.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the contact details and the content of the message you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Sites we collect usage data through cookies and similar technologies: the pages you visit, the site you arrived from and the site you visit next, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), your device and browser type, and how often you visit. We use this in aggregate to understand how the Sites are used — for example visitor counts, visit frequency, and the countries visitors come from.
What we do not collect. We do not collect payment, credit card, or bank details on the Sites under any circumstances.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website sends to your computer or mobile browser. The Sites use cookies to keep the experience working smoothly and to produce the aggregate usage statistics described above (through Google Analytics).
Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, no analytics run at all. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings — if you do, some features of the Sites may not work as intended — or opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Analytics and Third-Party Services
The Sites use Google Analytics to measure usage. Our products may additionally include third-party SDKs — such as Firebase and Facebook (Meta) SDKs — which may process data as described in their own policies:
These providers may store and process data on servers located inside or outside your country, and may transfer data between those locations. If you use the Sites or our products while signed in to one of these providers, the provider may associate the data it collects with your account. The Sites may also link to websites and content operated by third parties; we have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, third-party content or privacy practices.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Sites and our products; to respond to your inquiries; to produce aggregate usage statistics; and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising on the Sites.
Under KVKK, we rely on the following legal bases for this processing: our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and measuring the Sites; the processing necessary to respond when you contact us; your consent where the law requires it (for example, for certain cookies); and compliance with our legal obligations.
Sharing and International Transfers
We share personal data with service providers that process it on our behalf for the purposes set out in this policy (for example hosting providers), limited to what those services require. The analytics and SDK providers listed above (Google, Firebase, Meta) may also process data for their own purposes under their own policies. We also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.
Service providers we use may hold data in Türkiye or abroad and may transfer data between those locations, as described in their own policies linked above.
Data Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.
Your Rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") — and other data protection laws where they apply — you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed;
- request information about the processing, its purpose, and whether the data is used in line with that purpose;
- learn the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom your data has been transferred;
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in the applicable law;
- request that corrections, deletions, or destructions be notified to the third parties your data was transferred to, unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate effort;
- object to a result that is to your detriment and arises exclusively from automated analysis of your data;
- claim compensation for damages you suffer from unlawful processing of your data.

Security
We protect the data we hold with appropriate technical and organizational measures, and we act only within the law and for the purposes stated in this policy.
Children
The Sites are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version is always published on this page; the "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
